Send & Archive, Simultaneously, In Gmail

Instead of having to click “Send” and then later clicking “Archive”, just turn on “Send & Archive” from the Labs tab under Settings.

This feature makes it much easier to keep your Inbox clean!

Thanks to the Gmail Blog for this article.

  1. So, I've never archived anything ... should I be? I just delete e-mail when I'm done with it. Seems like if I archived everything then I would never be able to find what I needed! I put things into folders that I feel the need to save - care to change my way of thinking? You always make technology make sense to me and explain why things should be done the "right" way ;)

  5. There are much better ways than printing it. I would personally use Evernote and save it under a Notebook called Technology. Read my post on Evernote!

    Thanks for reading!
